Our Plan for the relocation of Austin’s event & catering business was to transform an empty building shell into a busy commercial kitchen – while keeping the business fully-operational throughout.
Our building task included connecting a gasline to the premises, relocating selected existing plant, and building the newly-specified kitchen from the ground-up – with specialised flooring, air-conditioning, refrigeration and cooking equipment.
With close attention to detail and good communication with our client we managed to deliver the project - and the meals - with perfect timing.
